1. Proofs and Colour Accuracy
When viewing proofs on screen, please note that the accuracy of colour displayed on your computer monitor may differ due to individual monitor settings.
Hue Creative takes no responsibility for mistakes or omissions on the client's part once email sign-off has been received.

2. Changes and Revisions

• Objective Changes: These refer to necessary adjustments such as fixing typos, correcting image suitability issues, and other minor corrections that are clearly needed to meet the original project specifications. These changes are included in the initial price and will be addressed promptly upon identification.

• Subjective Changes: We can make subjective changes as long as you are happy to cover the costs of the time required to do so. Subjective changes encompass modifications based on personal preference or taste, such as altering design elements, changing colour schemes, or adjusting layouts. These changes are not included beyond the specified proof allowance outlined in your quote. If additional subjective changes are requested beyond this allowance, they will be billed separately. Requests that fall outside the agreed-upon scope of the project will be discussed with you before proceeding.

• Copywriting and Content Changes: Design work does not include copywriting and content changes. Should you require copywriting services, this will incur an additional charge. A final version of copy must be provided for design work to commence. If copy / content changes during the design process, this will impact the design quote.

3. Printing Variations
Colour variation is inherent in the printing process. For both digital and offset printing, while we take great care with the quality of your printing, variations may occur on reprints due to the full-colour printing process. Hue Creative offers precise PMS Pantone colour matching upon request. Should you require this, please request a quote for colour matching upon artwork approval.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due 7 days from the invoice date. Approved accounts are due 20 days from the end of the month.
